1. General Provisions

hibaji is an online gaming platform that offers casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between hibaji and the users of this platform ("members" or "you").

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, hibaji reserves the right to permanently close all such accounts and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate information, including:

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. The account holder is solely responsible for all activity on the account.

• Change your password regularly to strengthen security.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following deposit methods are currently available on hibaji:

• Bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank)

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. When making a deposit, you must use an account or bank registered in your own name — transactions through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

To make a withdrawal, the minimum amount from your account balance is ৳800. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Withdrawal requests typically take 10–45 minutes to process. Processing times may vary depending on circumstances and banking channels.

4.3 Identity Verification

hibaji may verify your identity before completing a withdrawal. If the required documents are not submitted on time, the withdrawal request may be put on hold.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hibaji offers new members a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, you must make your first deposit after registration.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. The wagering requirement on this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount, meaning ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000. After placing bets totalling this amount, winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Each promotion applies to one account only.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• If any betting strategy or unusual pattern is followed with the aim of earning a bonus, hibaji reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The hibaji VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. By moving up through regular gaming activity, you can earn weekly cashback benefits. Bronze members receive up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.7%, and Gold members up to 1.0% cashback on their weekly net losses.

Example: as a Silver member, if your net loss in one week is ৳20,000, you will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If incorrect odds or amounts are displayed due to a technical error, hibaji reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, specific rules apply to each event. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet is generally refunded, though exceptions may apply depending on the specific market.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games — slots, live casino, card and dice games — operate according to the RTP and rules of the respective game studio. Game outcomes are determined by a verified Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.4 Technical Issues

In the case of an incomplete game due to network disconnection or server issues, hibaji will attempt to provide a fair resolution where possible. However, hibaji is not liable for third-party network issues.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Using an account for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraudulent means.
• Attempting to hack or make unauthorised changes to the platform's software.
• Using third-party payment methods or another person's bank account.
• Assisting minors in creating accounts.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Sharing accounts with other members or selling accounts.

8. Service Suspension and Account Closure

8.1 Account Closure by hibaji

hibaji may temporarily or permanently close any account if a breach of these Terms, fraud, or suspicious activity is detected. In such cases, the return of any legitimate balance will be considered based on the circumstances.

8.2 Account Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time. Please complete all pending withdrawals before making the request. This process can also be followed for self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons.

8.3 Service Changes

hibaji reserves the right to add or remove specific games, payment methods, or services at any time. Members will be notified in advance of such changes where possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the hibaji platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the intellectual property of hibaji or its content partners. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Game content such as games from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and other studios is protected under their respective copyright laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

hibaji is not liable for your wins or losses in gaming activity. Game outcomes are entirely dependent on chance and no outcome can be guaranteed.
